A quick overview of some of the things I’m doing:
- Leading the content strategy for Citigroup Commercial Credit Cards. Previously, lead the copywriting for USPS.com, working with a team of smart and hilarious folks who helped the website generate nearly $1B in revenue.
- Crafting content and thoughtful conversations, in plain language, that increase revenue, drive acquisition, and help customers.
- Analyzing the data and user research to understand the customers and iterate until content is clear and effective.
- Strategizing content needs for online applications to create a consistent and clear experience for the customer. This might include auditing current content, providing recommendations for improvement, as well as writing the application or product UX copy, marketing campaigns, support emails, and error messages (e.g., payment flows, tracking, schedule redelivery, dispute a charge).
I laugh at terrible puns. Just kidding. There’s no such thing as a “terrible” pun.
